Privacy policy
Last updated September 27, 2026
This policy explains what information the Interior Fabrics website collects, why, and what happens to it. Interior Fabrics is a family owned store at 5700 W Vickery Blvd, Fort Worth, Texas 76107. If you have a question about anything here, call us at (817) 377-3633 or visit the showroom.
The short version
- We only collect personal information you choose to send us through the consultation form.
- We use it to call you back about your request and to keep a normal record of our customers, and for nothing else.
- We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used: Microsoft Clarity and Webspansion Stats. They are described below.
- We do not sell anything on this website and never ask for payment details here.
The consultation form
When you request a consultation, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the topic you choose, and your message if you write one. We also note which page the form was sent from and when.
The form sends this information to the store by email, so we can call you back. It is not stored in a database on this website. It is kept in the store's email for as long as we need it to follow up on your request and keep a normal record of our customers. To send that email we use Resend, an email delivery service, which handles the message on our behalf. If spam protection is turned on, the form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the request comes from a person.
We use your information only to respond to your request. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share your information with anyone for their own marketing.
Analytics
Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, for example which pages are read and where people have trouble, so we can improve it. Clarity records how the page is used (clicks, scrolling, and page views) as heatmaps and session replays, and it sets cookies to recognize a returning browser. Text you type into the consultation form is masked, so it is not recorded. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com.
Webspansion Stats. We also use Webspansion Stats, a privacy-first analytics tool run by the web studio that built this site. It counts visits, pages, and general information such as the type of device and the referring website. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not identify you. It keeps one small flag in your browser's session storage, cleared when you close the tab, so it can tell a new visit from the next page of the same visit. It also honors the Do Not Track setting in your browser.
Cookies
The website itself does not set any cookies. Microsoft Clarity sets cookies for the analytics described above. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies in their settings; the site works the same without them.
Hosting and fonts
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google.
Links to other sites
Links to other websites, such as Google Maps or Hunter Douglas, are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning work on their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have from a form you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (817) 377-3633 or visit the showroom, and we will take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
